Car Sales Executive Package
1. OTE up to £45,000 Uncapped!
2. Company Car
3. 28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
4. Company Pension
Hours:
You will be working 5 days per week across the Sales department working hours which are;
5. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm (with a late night rota until 7.00pm)
6. Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm
7. At least 1 in 3 Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm
My client is a main car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site.
Car Sales Executive Role
8. To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
9. To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
10. To have a friendly but professional approach and first class people skills.
11. You will be Proactive, Driven and Highly Motivated to succeed.
12. You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.)

13. You will need to have a minimum of 2 Years Experience within a Main Dealer
14. You will be working in a Car Sales Executive role within the motor industry, and will be very successful in your career.
15. You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
16. You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
17. You must have a valid UK driving licence
