They are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. Job Summary: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert HR guidance, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. The Senior HR Business Partner will be a key member of the SCM Senior HR management team The post holder will lead and manage two teams to deliver a portfolio of services including HR business partnering, workforce planning, resourcing, medical staffing, EDI and pay and reward) across the school. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning. Drive student engagement and retention strategies. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Regularly review and amend the SCM pay policy Frameworks to ensure they are in date, and meeting the requirements for both equal pay and gender pay gap Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. HR certification - CIPD or Equivalent ( ideally Associate or Chartered) Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
