Compliance and Office Administrator– Part Time
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Compliance Manager to handle the compliance, operational, and administrative functions of our company. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing legal compliance manual and working policies and procedures on a regular basis and updating and implementing changes as necessary.
* Ensuring that staff are complying with company policies accordingly.
* Managing our office operations and electronic systems generally, closely liaising with our IT support company.
* Ensuring all administrative tasks and processes are running smoothly.
* Maintaining accurate health and safety records and compliance documentation.
* Supporting directors and other fee earners as required.
* Convening weekly production meetings, preparing minutes and highlighting action points.
* Creating new job files.
* Managing the archiving of physical and Cloud based job files.
* Answering the telephone.
* Overseeing office supplies inventory and procurement.
* Minor website updates.
Key Skills & Experience
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong compliance and support experience including H&S and data protection.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support the team.
* Ability to work independently and proactively support company operations.
* Be fully competent at using IT systems and MS Office software (especially Sharepoint, Excel, Office 365).

Job Type: Part-time. 15 or 20 hours per week (to be agreed) including Monday mornings.
Pension Scheme: Contributions are made to the government’s NEST pension scheme.
