To support 27-year-old women studying with the open university who likes plants, cooking, reading with managing household tasks, attending appointments, organising, medication, supporting with admin. A key part of the role will be supporting with activity pacing in order to help her manage fatigue and pain caused by an underlying condition and to support a healthy balance between condition management and tasks of daily living. Main Duties:
* Support with household tasks
* Help with accessing community, supermarkets, laundrette etc
* Support with pacing, prompting to take breaks and help finishing tasks
* Organising appointments
* Supporting with collecting & organising medication
* Admin tasks, support with phone calls etc
* Encouraging to complete tasks and help staying organised
* Prompting/help with physio
* Driving to and from appointments (if possible)
* Support with batch cooking
