Project Manager – Charity
Salary: Up to £36,500 per annum (based on experience)
Contract: Fixed-term 12 months
Location: Leeds City Centre
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, fully office based due to nature of the role
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a charity centre offering crucial support services. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of impactful services, management of diverse contracts, and cultivation of strong partnerships. You will oversee service quality, lead operational strategies, and provide high-level support to a growing team. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive service delivery plans and ensure successful outcomes for the organisation and its service users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
2. Lead and support a dedicated team, providing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, funders, and commissioners.
4. Ensure compliance with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting requirements.
5. Identify new funding opportunities and support organisational sustainability strategies.
6. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organisation’s goals and values.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Ideally you'll have experience leading services in the charity or social care sector.
2. Project Management and Contract Management experience.

4. Proven ability to manage diverse funding contracts and reporting requirements.
5. Strong team leadership, with a focus on collaboration and staff development.
