We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team in our fantastic friendly Brighton based mortgage brokerage. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing top-notch service and be highly organised and dedicated. They must also be able to drive. We really pride ourselves on doing mortgages differently and supporting our clients from start to finish with every aspect of their buying, remortgage, or homemove journey. As a PA you will be responsible for looking after 2 managing directors and the office, welcoming clients, liaising with appointments and members of staff, organising birthdays and events, finding homes for new prospective clients and handling all aspect of the MD’s day to day including family life and needs. This is an exciting role with no day being the same This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a friendly, dynamic team in a busy office where you will receive full support, guidance and training with potential career progression if wanted. This is an employed role, working 25 hours per week in our office in Brighton. Experience isn’t necessary as a PA, just a can do attitude and great organisational skills. What are the key responsibilities of a PA: Managing the office, welcoming clients and the team, ordering stock Finding new homes for prospective clients Organising events, birthdays and office do’s Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks when needed Putting together new home boxes and sending other post when needed Liaising with our social media team Helping with the office dog Burrito Supporting the 2 MD’s and their family with whatever is required Managing schedules and calendars The ideal candidate should be : Friendly and reliable Very organised to priorities workload Have an eye for detail Be customer service focused and proactive Be driven and motivated to manage their own workload and meet deadlines Have strong communication skills and a team orientated attitude The package we are offering: 25 hours per week Working in our vibrant office in Brighton Salary from £16,000-£18,000 dependent on experience Holiday pay Fuel allowance given when you are required to drive performance based bonus potential Company pension Other benefits such as free wills, mortgage advice and more Future progression supported Must be comfortable around our office dog Burrito fun trips and wellness days Must be able to drive If you think this job may be for you and you want to join a growing, thriving mortgage business which puts clients and our team at the heart of everything we do, please get in contact and apply now.
