Day to day:
* You will be providing exceptional customer services on the front-line, handling contact with vendors, dealers and customers via phone and email.
* Translating customer needs to the best customer outcomes.
* Making (administrative) changes in existing contracts throughout the lifetime of the agreement.
* Provide settlement quotations in line with process and agreement guidelines.
* Ensure HPI monitoring is continuously reviewed and kept up to date, minimizing risk.
* Uploading invoices to third party platforms including Ariba and Coupa.
* Documenting and archiving data.
* Identifying and referring any new business opportunities.
* Support process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions.
* Escalate complaints to the Complaints Team.

Qualifications:
* Commitment to service excellence, assisting all stakeholders with queries and system changes on live contracts within agreed SLAs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Accountability - taking ownership for the customer experience and having a passion for helping internal and external customers.
* Think commercially when making decisions and prioritising workload.
* Flexibility to adapt in the role to meet the needs of the business.
* Commitment to DLL’s continuous process improvement (CPI) culture.
* Specific experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance.
* Experience of successfully embedding policies, procedures and processes into a multi-national organization.
* Ability to take responsibility and be proactive on new matters and projects.
