Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the UK real estate sector. Identifying Market Growth Opportunities: Research and identify new market opportunities, expansion strategies, and value-add investment prospects. Value-Add Initiatives: Coordinate refurbishment projects, lease negotiations, and operational cost optimisations to improve asset performance. Tenant & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers, lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure high occupancy and rental performance. Project Support: Assist the Project Director in executing asset management strategies and handling key project-related tasks. Requirements Educational Background: Strong foundation in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate investment, financing, asset management, project management, or other related fields in the UK property sector. Investment & Market Knowledge: Passion for real estate investment and asset management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, building regulations, and sustainability-driven investment strategies. Professional Qualifications: MRICS qualification preferred (or working towards it). Communication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively engage with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders.
