The role As an Estate Impact Officer, you will assist in the effective and safe management of estates within the areas that Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) covers. In addition, you will provide a safe, secure and well maintained environment for the community including the management and inspections of communal blocks, garage sites and communal areas and spaces. What skills and experience we are looking for: Must be numerate and literate to a good standard Ability to identify risks and act appropriately in a timely manner Excellent communication skills with ability to tackle difficult situations with confidence.
