Customer Service Executive | Office Based | Permanent Your new company / role The company is a leading Powersports dealership specialising in off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, sports, and electric models. They have established a strong reputation for excellence within the industry. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Customer Manager to support the Director in managing key accounts and customers on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily customer interactions, technical queries, and sales of parts and accessories. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth operations. Manage sales inquiries for new and used machinery, mainly for Polaris/Agricultural customers, and occasionally support the electric/bike business. Manage daily administration e.g. oversee CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general admin tasks. What you'll need to succeed Experience of working in Powersports, agriculture, 4x4, or plant machinery industry (desirable) Knowledge of machinery, either mechanically or in sales (desirable) Experience with customers, handling both businesses and individuals (essential) Must have a full UK driving licence.
