We are working with a well-established and expanding business in the fresh juice and fruit-based ingredients sector. With over 20 years of success and ongoing investment in their modern production facility, this company is now seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to strengthen their technical team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Quality Compliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring site compliance to internal, customer, and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting Quality Assurance teams to meet technical and quality objectives.
* Maintaining up-to-date QA systems and documentation in line with customer and industry standards.
* Investigating and responding to customer complaints, driving continuous improvements.
* Coordinating internal audits, quality panels, GMP and hygiene audits.
* Liaising with NPD for successful product launches and ensuring technical documentation is ready.
* Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to improve site standards and customer satisfaction.
* Acting as a key contact during customer visits, audits, and technical reviews.
About You:
* Strong background in food manufacturing quality management.
* Hands-on experience with HACCP, audits, and managing QA systems.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal teams.
* Self-motivated, with strong leadership and organisational skills.
