A rare opportunity has arisen for a Switchboard Operator to join our friendly Front Office Team here at Fairmont St Andrews on a casual basis.
This is a Full-Time role that requires shift work and weekend working.
A little more about the role:
* To ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently, and that all messages and enquiries are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.
* To assist with any guest enquiries wherever possible, and to give information on local amenities and hotel facilities.
* To ensure that all calls are answered within 3 rings, thus ensuring there is no lost business for the hotel.
* Pleasant, well spoken with good English.
* Educated to a reasonable standard.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
