The Role
The Senior Project Manager is a leading role within the Transformation function, taking ownership and accountability of larger, more complex deliveries. You will have increased responsibility for either leading strategic internal business change, or delivering high profile projects to external customers, utilising internal and external resources.
You will oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects, and leverage your skills across delivery, senior stakeholder management, commercial and strategic awareness, and leadership to enable the Business Unit to meet its objectives.
You will be expected to manage project budgets and ensure all projects have the appropriate resource allocated to deliver its objectives. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and competing work priorities.
The Team
The Senior Project Manager role will sit in the Transformation department alongside Business Analysis and PMO and will report directly into the Head of Transformation. Together we take ownership of TalkTalk Business Direct’s change capability, leading transformation and enabling delivery against our bold five-year plan.
