Top 3 Things to Know About this Job Global scope - Work with clients across multiple jurisdictions, especially the Cayman Islands and the Middle East Dynamic, hybrid role - Belfast base with flexible working, strong internal culture Excellent package - Competitive salary and long-term growth prospects The Rewards Highly competitive salary and benefits package Strong culture of development and internal progression Hybrid working model - supportive of flexibility and work-life balance Global exposure within a respected compliance team The Role Lead day-to-day management of all compliance matters related to new business acceptance Ensure all CDD/KYC documentation is obtained, completed, and risk-assessed Maintain the Viewpoint database with accurate, up-to-date client risk and due diligence data Review and update AML policies in line with Cayman regulations and wider industry guidance Manage AML training for new and existing staff and ensure training records are maintained Conduct PEP data scrubbing, annual reviews, and ensure timely remediation Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring accurate and concise communication Maintain high standards of compliance oversight while working toward chargeable time targets Ensure proactive escalation of risks and issues to senior management The Person Degree-qualified in compliance, law, or a related field At least 8 years' experience in a senior regulatory or compliance role Holds (or working towards) a professional compliance qualification (e.g., ICA, CAMS) Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements, especially for Cayman and offshore jurisdictions Knowledge of corporate, fund, and trust structures preferred Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Advanced IT skills - proficient in MS Office; Viewpoint experience desirable
