Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, where you’ll support the daily operations across our bar, restaurant, and other food venues. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts across the bar, restaurant, and other food venues, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable guest and owner experience.
-Supervise and support team members, providing on-the-ground support and motivating the team to deliver high standards.
-Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
-Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations across all venues.
-Assist in stock control, including ordering, inventory management, and reducing wastage.
-Handle guest queries or concerns professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to enhance their experience.
-Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Managers across the function to implement operational improvements and ensure targets are achieved.
Requirements
-Previous experience in food and beverage operations, with supervisory experience seen as beneficial.
-Proficient organisational skills and capability to efficiently oversee a variety of tasks, with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and oversee a team.
-Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
-A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
