We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in Worthing. This role is perfect for someone who is early in their finance career and eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the reconciliation of bank statements. Process invoices, payments, and manage expense claims. Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Assist with year-end audit preparations and any ad hoc financial projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a finance support role is preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
