Bid Writer Opportunity - Representing a Leading Construction Firm
Are you an experienced Bid Writer with a passion for the construction industry? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected construction company that specializes in projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing, and Public Buildings.

The Role
As a Bid Writer, you will be a key player in the business development team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and submitting bid applications for various projects, primarily in the public and social housing sectors.
2. Completing PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires) to secure tender opportunities.
3. Collaborating with an experienced and supportive Bid Team.
4. Managing tasks independently while working effectively as part of a team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has excellent written communication skills and is computer literate.
2. Has experience in crafting professional, high-quality bids.
3. Is passionate about the construction industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
4. Can hit the ground running and quickly adapt to the role.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
20 days holiday + bank holidays, with additional entitlement after 5 years.
On-site parking at their office in Romford.
Standard working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
