Support and Care : Provide physical and emotional support, including personal care, ensuring our customers feel valued and safe. Safety First : Maintain a secure environment through personalized support plans and risk assessments. Safeguarding : Protect our customers from abuse and promptly report any concerns. What We’re Looking For: Experience : At least 6 months in a support worker role. Eligibility : Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS Adult and Children References : Up to 5 years of references.
