You’ll play a key role in bringing our HR strategy to life, making Specsavers the best place to work. In this role, you’ll thrive in a matrix and hybrid environment, acting as a change agent and influencing a network of relationships. You’ll coach business managers, helping them achieve their goals while championing our brand and employee value proposition (EVP) culture. Your ability to create open communication channels with stakeholders will be crucial in building trust and respect. Through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling our Global Values and Behaviours, you’ll forge strong relationships and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of functional people plans.
2. Contribute to the identification of the people agenda.
3. Build sustainable resource plans.
4. Support Senior HRBPs on organizational change.
5. Provide HR support on initiatives.
6. Facilitate talent management and reward processes.
7. Offer advice on complex issues in collaboration with ER Business Partners.
8. Ensure continuous improvement.
9. Collate and share data insights.
10. Improve employee engagement and contribute to best practice sharing across HR.
