Responsibilities: \nâ¢\tProviding end user support, both internally and to customers via telephone, email and on-site. \nâ¢\tAttending customer sites, as required. \nâ¢\tKeeping customers regularly updated on open tickets. \nâ¢\tNotifying customers of impending changes / agreed outages. \nâ¢\tEscalating tickets when required to the Senior 1st and 2nd Line teams. \nâ¢\tCompleting scheduled tickets in a timely manner and recording time spent on tickets accurately. \nâ¢\tEnsuring all tasks are completed within the parameters and guidance of our ISO 27001 standard. \nâ¢\tUpdating customer documentation via our CRM.
