Customer Quality Manager Based in the Dungannon area my client is a successful forward-thinking high-volume manufacturing company (not engineering) who are market leaders in their field. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Quality Manager who has recent experience working in a manufacturing environment. This is a brand new role due to expansion so you can really put your own stamp on it. On offer is a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, pension, healthcare, life assurance and an early finish on Fridays. Attendregularmeetingsvia TeamswithCustomersandactascompanysqualityrepresentative. Monitorcustomerfeedback,respondandactwherenecessary-identifytrendsandproactivelyandtrendthestatusofCustomerReplacementandassociatedQualityMetrics. LiaisewithQualityManagerandproductiondepartmentstoprovidesolutionsanddriveclosureofReplacementNCRsandultimatelyreducerecurringissuesandcloseouttimes. EnsureQualityMetricdataisaccurateandalwaysreflectsactuals. Conduct a Root Cause Analysis and assign area responsibility for implementation of Corrective Action for Customer Complaints and Customer Replacements.
