We are looking for a technically skilled professional to shape customer-driven solutions in satellite communications and technology sectors. The Pre-Sales Solutions Manager will be a key technical expert, supporting the sales process by aligning products with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the technical product expert for satellite communications products, including Cobham, Iridium, and Inmarsat.
* Support the sales team with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and pre-sales engagements.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate technical content into customer-friendly material.
* Capture customer requirements for internal and external product development projects.
* Conduct competitor analysis to refine product positioning and highlight key advantages.
* Work with internal teams to drive the launch of new products and services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in pre-sales, technical product management, or a similar role within satellite communications, IP networking, or technology industries.
* Strong ability to manage hardware suppliers and understand product capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
* Project management experience and a customer-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
