Tonic is searching for a Sous Chef to join our clients fine-dining restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. As Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Head chef, who will offer you training, support, and mentorship.
What are we looking for from the successfulSous Chef candidate?

* You will have previous experience working to at least 2 rosette level
