Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Parson's Gardens in Broadway WR12.
About the role
As a Team Leader, you will provide support to our extra care complex, offering specialised support to individuals. Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a consistent approach throughout their life.
This position is 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, and 2pm-10pm, variable depending on business needs, including alternate weekends.
You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervision and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule and allocate work to the Care Workers, ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client-specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks, and offer assistance within the community.
Additionally, you will participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for care and Radis’ housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role
Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3. You will possess good written and verbal communication skills and have a willingness to learn in line with client needs and expectations.
This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be advantageous, as some travel may be required for the role.
