GBP13.62 - GBP14.37 per hour
(GBP26,208 - GBP27,646 pro rata, inclusive of GBP3,120 island allowance)

Our Orkney team has been dedicated to empowering autistic people to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives since 2013. Currently supporting 8 autistic people in Kirkwall, we assist individuals in engaging in activities they love and being valued members of the community.

As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to:
1. Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships
2. Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and living independently
3. Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual’s goals

2. Visiting the lifestyle centre
3. Going out for meals and to local coffee shops
4. Long, scenic walks
5. Attending seasonal events
