This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about communications and looking to build their experience and expertise in a high profile national charity. The role is busy and varied and the successful candidate will get wide-ranging experience working across a number of key communications activities. You will also be supported to develop your expertise through training and ongoing support and development.
What you will be doing:
1. Support the Communications Manager with the development and implementation of the organisation’s communications strategy.
2. Create and deliver communications plans for projects across the organisation, managing newsletters, writing content for our website, social media and internal communications.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the organisation and its initiatives, including cooperative members, community, industry influencers and potential partners.
What you will need:
1. Experience of producing branded event materials and publications from concept through to design and print.
2. Experience of uploading content for digital communication channels including website and social media.
3. Experience of working in a busy communications environment.
4. Experience of supporting the delivery of comms plans.
5. Full clean driving license with access to a car and willing to travel as required.
6. Willingness to travel to our sites across Wales.
