We are currently recruiting a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to students across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the academic and personal growth of pupils. In addition to the full-time position, we also have opportunities for day-to-day and ad hoc roles, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
10. Provide general support to students in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
11. Assist with classroom activities, helping to create an engaging learning environment
12. Work with individual students and small groups to support their learning needs
13. Help prepare classroom materials and set up learning activities
14. Monitor and assist with student progress and behaviour
15. Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
16. Supervise children during lunchtime and when entering and leaving school premises
Requirements:
17. Enhanced child DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
18. Eligibility to work in the UK (please note that sponsorship is unavailable for this role)
19. Previous experience in educational settings, particularly schools
20. Two recent professional references
21. Experience working with young people
22. Strong class management skills
23. Ability to engage and motivate children
