• Experienced, with excellent subject knowledge and the confidence to teach the National Curriculum to a high standard – including Phonics.
• Positive and committed to the demands of the role;
• Highly organised, yet flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy school;
• Motivating and enthusiastic;
• Caring and keen to enjoy positive relationships with all of the Ancaster School family and would value our links with the local church.
