Business Development and Affiliate Manager
We are looking for a permanent Business Development & Affiliate Manager for our growing partnerships division at our office in Manchester.
As a Business Development & Affiliate Manager you will be focused on driving new clients and customers to our ecommerce and Bauer Audio portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the affiliate marketing program.
This position requires a combination of sales and marketing expertise, analytical skills, and relationship-building capabilities. Although not essential any experience using Affiliate portals such as AWIN and RAKUTEN are a bonus.
Our Team
You will be a part of our growing affiliate marketing working across our portfolio of consumer brands including our voucher shop Planet Offers, our competitions site Win Happy and of course on-air and online across our market leading audio brands.
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Manchester.
What you’ll be doing
* Plan affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
* Identify and recruit new affiliates who align with our target audience.
* Manage relationships with existing affiliates.
* Identify new clients, gauge their needs and develop proposals.
* Work with our teams (sales, marketing, content) to create strong returning campaigns for clients and consumers.
* Design, implement and manage campaigns.
* Analyse partnerships performance and track KPIs.
* Negotiate commissions, incentives, and terms of agreements.
* Ensure our partnerships follow legal and brand guidelines.
* Oversee the payment of affiliate commissions.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
What you’ll bring
* A commercial-focused and highly creative approach.
* Good knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
* Experience using systems such as AWIN and RAKUTEN.
* Proven track record in driving partnership revenues.
* A sound knowledge of radio and the commercial opportunity it offers.
