Company: Finning (UK) Ltd Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Temporary Position Overview: As Parts Logistic Coordinator you will support the operations of the Parts Collection Point for customers and Service Engineers, by focusing on quality and efficiency to meet agreed service levels. Job Description: Major Job Functions: Carry out daily receipt of all orders, ensuring consolidated, complete, and accurate. Ensure warehouse / workshop H&S checklists are completed and areas compliant. Consolidate, and process returns, facilitating transfer to RDC / NDC Logistics planning, ensuring all logistics are planned effectively and the correct documentation is completed Control and maintain the warranty shelf and rotate after 3 months Arranging and packing tooling for dispatch to engineers as well as overseas shipping Specific Skills: Independence, self-motivation and initiative Effective problem-solver Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the business Time management and organisational skills IT skills – DBS, WMS, SAP, MS Excel, Word & Outlook Flexibility and adaptability to different types of work, projects, teams and environments Takes a creative and innovative approach Knowledge: Understanding of Supply Chain / Service practices and processes, Understanding of Dealer systems (DBS, WMS), H&S policies, 5S methodology Education & Experience: MHE Licence Warehouse experience Warehousing / Logistic Qualification (NVQ) desirable Customer Service Experience IOSH This is a 12 month Fixd Term position At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
