The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant – Global AMS (Global Application Managed Services) is a well-experienced post-production Workday professional who is dynamic, fast-paced, and familiar with the managed services construct. As a Workday AMS Principal Consultant, you will bring your functional and business skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our clients to be successful.
Responsibilities :
1. Onshore Integration consultant who leads Integration / Extend workstream for the assigned set of accounts (Workday Integration and / or Extend certification is mandatory).
2. Apply and execute various AMS & Implementation methodologies / activities in these Workday FINS engagements.
3. Collaboratively work with the GDC team on day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and other work requests.
4. Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
5. Deep knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence.
6. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
7. Contribute to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice.
8. Proactively identify and develop reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization, creating solutions that support metrics for IT and the business at large.
9. Work with clients to identify / resolve all issues that could impact project scope and / or timeframe.
10. Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting (including scheduled reports), business process maintenance, security administration, data loads, and data audits.
11. Ensure system design fits the needs of the user.
12. Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
13. Ensure team delivers the project deliverables on time and do consistent timely reminders with vendors and project team.
14. Drive continual business processes improvements across engagements assigned.
Skills & Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
4. Expert level understanding of Workday Integrations.
5. Workday Integrations certification is mandatory.
6. Able to multitask and perform a variety of duties.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems.
9. Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents, provide suggestions / best practices.
