Job Overview
* Principal Consultant focused on business change opportunities that support our clients in achieving the outcomes of their transformation projects.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align change management initiatives with commercial objectives and the broader people strategy across organisations.
* Applying expertise from organizational change experience to create successful strategies to support individuals and teams through the change process and increase adoption rates.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to engage and connect at all levels to promote the benefits of business change management activities.
Requirements
Experience
* 7+ years relevant Change Management experience (gained within Digital Transformation or IT projects)
* Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools/software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Digital domain expertise – Agile ways of working, User Experience
* Strong consultative, relationship building, networking and influencing skills
* M365 skills especially those focused on engaging user communications
Nice to have
* Operating model/Organisational Design experience
Responsibilities
* Working in a team of consultants and client resources to deliver end-to-end business change activities for strategic clients
* Collaborative working with project and technical teams
* Acting as an SME within the business for business change related matters
* Supporting and growing our Business Change Service Line capability including development of our Business Change Toolkit and accelerators
