Casual staff can be asked to work any day of the week covering for annual leave and absence between the hours of 7.30am and 2.30pm with some flexibility. Casual staff receive payments in lieu of annual leave for hours worked. Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
