Great Opportunity to join this Proactive Residential Letting Agency; our client is looking for an experienced professional who enjoys a fast paced, busy environment.
The Role - To manage the Letting Department, ensuring that all properties are marketed and let while providing exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and stakeholders. This role combines business development, team leadership, and operational management to drive department performance. To enhance the existing portfolio with new managed clients by actively generating leads.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior letting role, with a track record of success.
* ARLA Propertymark qualification (desirable)
* Strong understanding of letting laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
* Full UK driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
* Supervise, train, and mentor the letting team to achieve departmental goals.
* Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.
* Oversee staff recruitment, appraisals, and personal development plans.
Business Development:
* Drive the growth of the letting portfolio by securing new landlords and properties.
* Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize rental yields and revenue streams.
Property Management:
* Ensure properties are marketed effectively and let in a timely manner.
* Oversee tenancy agreements, referencing, and legal compliance processes.
* Resolve issues and disputes between landlords and tenants professionally.
Compliance & Regulations:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of letting legislation (e.g., GDPR, tenancy laws, deposit schemes).
* Ensure the department operates in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct periodic audits of letting procedures to ensure compliance.
Financial Management:
* Monitor and manage departmental budgets and profitability.
* Ensure timely invoicing and fee collection from landlords.
* Provide accurate financial reporting to accounts.
Customer Service:
* Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, addressing concerns promptly.
* Act as a primary point of contact for high-value landlords or complex cases.
* Handle escalations and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Proactively increase google review rating
* Full UK driving license is a MUST
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of new properties listed and let.
* Tenant and landlord satisfaction scores.
* Percentage of properties let within a specific time frame.
* Revenue growth and profitability metrics.
* Team performance and retention rates.
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 9am -5pm
