About the Role
Churchill Estates Management is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our retirement development team. We are looking for a candidate who excels in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the lodge management team
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and their families
* Manage daily operations of the lodge, including staff supervision and inventory control
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration and customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
£23,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch
