MAINTENANCE CARPENTER - MULTISKILLED TRADESMAN
EARNING POTENTIAL: £28,000 - £38,000 PER ANNUM

Dale Building Maintenance Ltd is a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office / Customer Contact Centre based in Cardiff, and local regional operational offices in Swansea, Bristol, Southampton, and Devon / Cornwall.
Established in 1986, we provide maintenance and repair services to a variety of customers, including Retail Clients, Housing Associations, the Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies, and Domestic households.
Due to the award of new long-term contracts, we are expanding our directly employed workforce and require time-served, well-experienced MAINTENANCE CARPENTER / MULTI-SKILLED TRADESMAN to be based in the Cardiff and surrounding areas. The successful applicant must possess the following skills:
1. Excellent trade knowledge/workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works
2. Ability to carry out additional trades (i.e., multi-skilled ability)
3. Possess a “can do attitude”
4. Good timekeeping
5. Ability to work on own initiative
6. Good communication skills
7. Available on a rota basis for out-of-hours emergency call-outs
8. Good administration skills
9. IT skills (use of hand-held devices)
