Technical Account Manager – Livestock Feed Products - West Midlands - £55,000 DOE + Bonus + Vehicle
The Job:
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee key accounts in the agricultural sector, focusing on livestock feed solutions, particularly milk replacer products. This field-based role involves managing relationships with large-scale clients, delivering technical expertise and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and advisory support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing high-value customer accounts.
2. Providing tailored technical advice on milk replacer products.
3. Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
4. Monitoring customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
5. Acting as a trusted advisor offering solution-driven insights.
6. Conducting farm visits to evaluate on-site needs and provide practical solutions.
The Candidate:
1. Experience in account management, business development, or technical advisory roles within the agricultural sector.
2. Knowledge of livestock nutrition and a clear understanding of milk replacer products.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key clients effectively.
4. The ability to interpret and analyse customer performance data to provide tailored solutions.
5. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work independently.
6. Ideally, you will be based in the South West or willing to travel across the region to manage customer accounts.
The Package:
1. Competitive salary based on experience £40,000 - £55,000.
