The exciting role of Front of House Night Supervisor has arisen within the Front of House team at the five-star Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s iconic five-star hotel.
Details:
* 4 nights per week
* 39-hour contract
This guest-facing role involves working in the Lobby and Reception, ensuring all guests receive professional and personalized service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include completing the hotel night audit, maintaining relevant documentation, and covering hotel duty manager shifts. The role ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts.
Key duties include:
* Receiving, registering, and rooming guests on arrival
* Attending to guest requests, check-in and check-out procedures, including cashiering
* Providing high standards of guest care and service
* Being the first point of contact for guest needs and challenges during the night
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent guest care and social skills, be standards-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. A clean driving license is preferred, and knowledge of Opera is advantageous but not required—full training will be provided.
The working hours are shift-based, including weekends.
