Your new role
As a senior site manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities include:
Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement and maintain effective project management systems and procedures.What you'll need to succeed
As a senior site manager, you will have proven experience working as a No1 on projects within the healthcare, hospitality and education sectors on projects valued from £5m to £20m. It is essential that you have managed entire projects from start to completion and have build experience. You will also need:
