Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of service. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports. Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities Profile A successful Account Manager should have: A proven track record in sales or account management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work well in a team and independently.
