Purpose of the job
Our EMEA Product Market Growth team is seeking an Associate Product Manager to contribute to the regional and global initiatives.
In this role, you will be part of the team that drives the implementation of the product strategy and initiatives within your assigned Pod and Market, working with teams from across the region. You will have an inquisitive mindset, that allows you to ask the right questions, and complete analysis to assist with the initiatives you are working on, with a strong focus on delivering value.
The focus is on building a valuable travel ecosystem through product-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
1. Assist in defining and developing an innovative product roadmap aligned with the company vision, whilst assisting with current in progress initiatives.
2. Contribute to identifying and assessing growth opportunities in alignment with business goals.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product strategy and provide regular updates.
4. Challenge and work with the team to ensure initiatives are delivering value for the company, clients and customers.
5. Focus on customer, and how each initiative can affect them and their experiences.
Product Execution
1. Support the ongoing management of outcome-focused product roadmaps based on the company vision.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners and clients for product launches and deliverables.
3. Contribute to discovery workshops with partners, clients and customers to ensure what we are delivering, is what is wanted and gives value.
4. Contribute to the creation of business requirements documents and functional specifications.
5. Assist in defining new features, functionality, and services aligned with customer needs and business goals.
6. Assist with delivering quick to market test and learn experiments to gain understandings prior to a full product build.
Data Driven and Customer Centric
1. Collaborate with business partners to understand initiative outcomes, and if the goals have been hit or missed.
2. Assist with analysing performances of initiative using data sources and driving growth through data-driven experiments and a test-and-learn approach.
3. Measure initiative-level outcomes and connect them to key metrics for business success.
Influencing
1. Communicate progress to the wider EMEA teams, and stakeholders and supply reports to support progress.
2. Ensuring all parties are kept up to date, concerns are noted and analysed to ensure a good working relationship across the EMEA region.
3. Challenge effectively where needed, and required to ensure your understanding and others is better.
4. Work closely with local partners and the Product Consumer & Partner team to support growth initiatives.

1. Entry-level experience in product management.
