Purpose of the job
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of our Booking as a Service Integration and related propositions. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance our APIs, partnerships, and platform capabilities, ensuring a best-in-class booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Booking as a Service Integration.
2. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business development teams to align product initiatives with company goals.
4. Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features to enhance API capabilities and integration experiences.
5. Partner with external stakeholders, including business partners and clients, to understand their needs and drive seamless integrations.
6. Use data-driven insights to assess product performance, optimize conversion rates, and improve user experience.
7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Advocate for best practices in API design, scalability, and security.
9. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, platform services, or API-driven products.
2. Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based services.
3. Experience in booking platforms, travel, hospitality, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
4. Proven track record of driving successful product launches and iterations.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
