Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will ensure alignment with the company's strategic business plan and ensure we meet the highest possible levels of sales performance and customer service.
Working across two growing brands within the Fourdot Group of companies, the role focuses on supporting the sales team. Helping to qualify and convert incoming leads to the represented brands. You will provide telephone customer service support while learning about the products and services the brands supply. This role will develop into an account manager position and more depending on performance. This is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and growing sales team and develop alongside the Fourdot brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Help our customers with product information, organising quotations and taking payments.
* Advise on bespoke projects - training included.
* Drive sales through 1st class customer service support.
* Seek out new sales opportunities and ensure that new sales meet the profit contribution levels as set out by the business plan.
* Work closely with our marketing team in the development and maintenance of our brands.
* Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with customers.
* Provide administrative support to the Senior sales team.
* Manage and develop the company’s CRM systems HubSpot.
Requirements:
* 1-year experience working within the B2B sales/admin environment.
* Understanding of margin control.
* Ability to develop and maintain client relations.
* A strong personality with the confidence and knowledge to challenge the status quo.
* Experience in handling multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
* Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend solutions.
