Role: Buying Administrator: Pay: 24k per annum Hours: Fexi Hours Mon-Thursday Friday 9-4pm

This role is part of my client's Buying team, this is a fast-paced environment where accuracy will be pivotal to the smooth running of the buying department.
Main responsibilities
* Create New Products within their in-house system
* Chase Outstanding Purchase orders with supplies
* Monitor Supplier Service level (lead time of stock ,cancellations, shortages)
* Provide Holiday cover for the Buying Department,
* Working with Suppliers to obtain up to date product information and workable images.
* Arrange collections from the supplies
The Person
* Experience of working within a busy administration role.
* Strong IT skills and sound experience in Microsoft packages.
* Enthusiastic and hungry to learn.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Able to work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
