Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PPC Manager to join a dynamic eCommerce performance marketing team. This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search accounts, with the aim of driving significant revenue growth while managing a substantial budget. The position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in paid search, a keen eye for performance metrics, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement PPC strategies across multiple brands, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met.
* Manage campaign budgets and set clear, measurable performance targets.
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve metrics such as Impression Share, CTR, and ROAS.
* Oversee paid campaigns across YouTube and Google Display, adopting a test-and-learn methodology to implement new features and strategies.
* Collaborate with SEO teams to integrate strategies for maximum effectiveness.
* Analyse competitor activities and use insights to refine campaign performance.
* Provide detailed performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
* Lead and mentor a PPC Analyst while managing relationships with external agencies and search partners.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in PPC account management, ideally within eCommerce.
* Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level budgets and meet key performance indicators.
* Exceptional analytical and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Comprehensive hands-on experience with Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as Google Merchant Centre.
* Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on driving profitability.
