As Head Chef, you will be instrumental in delivering an elevated dining experience, blending innovation with the finest seasonal ingredients. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation across la carte, private dining, and small event menus.
Menu Development: Design and execute innovative menus that align with fine dining standards, celebrating fresh, sustainable, and seasonal produce.
Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a talented kitchen brigade to deliver excellence consistently.
Operational Oversight: Manage procurement, stock control, and budgets to achieve operational efficiency.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold exceptional hygiene standards.
Event Catering: Oversee high-profile private dining and event catering, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and creativity.
Previous experience in leading high-end kitchens is essential, work stability and some experience in events is preferable.
