Tracking customer orders and providing timely updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Coordinating claims for damaged or lost items with suppliers and ensuring prompt resolution. Arranging customer replacements efficiently and in line with company policy. Responding to customer queries via telephone, email, and various online platforms, delivering exceptional service within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Processing returns and issuing refunds where necessary in a timely and accurate manner. Communicating with third-party hauliers and couriers daily to resolve delivery-related issues. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism while delivering a positive and seamless customer experience through all channels, including email, phone, and live web chat.
