Job Description
Purpose
The Maintenance Scheduler will coordinate and produce a weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with site priorities and KPIs.
Liaising with production plants, the scheduler will ensure asset availability and schedule compliance.
The maintenance schedule will hold bi-weekly planning meetings for direct communication and transparency of maintenance scheduling.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with maintenance operations and process teams to ensure business as usual and integration of expansion projects.
2. Update planned work as per the schedule in the maintenance management system.
3. Produce a weekly maintenance schedule.
4. Liaise with production buildings to ensure equipment availability before planned maintenance.
5. Manage asset registration for all equipment on site, implementing new items into the BMS System.
6. Establish equipment strategies and maintenance routines based on OEM recommendations and performance feedback.
7. Implement maintenance strategies into the BMS system to support continuous improvement.
8. Work with maintenance and engineering to ensure correct spare items and stock levels.
9. Complete and store checksheets for each PM.
10. Liaise with engineering and maintenance to maintain site preventative routines.
11. Monitor and measure utilisation of craft teams to ensure cost-effective use of resource.
12. Measure adherence of maintenance schedule as per KPIs and SOPs.
13. Contribute to Site Shutdown and Plant Changeover schedule planning.
14. SHEQ:
1. Participate in AINMs reviews and evaluate the safety status of the workshop.
2. Participate in safety management-related activities, including routine plant safety.
