Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) and possess a strong commitment to fostering the holistic development of children. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents and carers. Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour and interactions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals, building strong partnerships. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) is essential. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Passionate about early years education and child development. Commitment to continuous professional development.
