These include: • 50 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the role The Curriculum and Standards Manager for Hospitality and Tourism will lead a team of staff to deliver high quality teaching, learning, and assessment in a range of vocational hospitality and tourism qualifications, hospitality apprenticeships, and adult courses. Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Business and Professional, the CSM will be a member of the College Leadership Team, will manage a diverse team and will be responsible for the delivery of all Hospitality and tourism courses. The CSM will provide all the necessary support and direction need to deliver excellent teaching and learning as well as the managerial oversight of a two AA Rosette College Restaurant. About the person You will have significant experience in Hospitality and Tourism and will be able to bring industry experience into the curriculum area. You will also possess strong leadership skills that will make a difference for the benefit of staff and students. You will have experience of planning and delivering teaching or training, preferably in the subject area, and have experience of managing a team/department. About the College We are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people.
