Site Surveyor/ Project Manager Vacancy!
We are working with a market-leading manufacturer of high-end kitchens and bedrooms, looking to chat with experienced site surveyors around the Stevenage region.
Details of the Role:
As part of the role, you may also be required to perform additional duties from time to time, as described by your immediate line manager. There will also be some travel across the UK and overnight stays to continuously work to the Company quality standards.
Key Duties:
1. Preparing kitchen layouts using Fusion 20/20 and scheduling tenants' choices.
2. Conducting site kitchen surveys in occupied and unoccupied Social Housing properties.
3. Project managing your sites to ensure they run smoothly.
4. Developing relationships with site personnel.
5. Admin duties including sending prices and PDFs, uploading your drawings onto the Bespoke internal systems, and compiling reports for the Regional Manager.
6. Keeping up to date with new procedures and products.
Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of the construction industry.
2. Excellent organisational, written, and numerical skills.
3. Excellent timekeeping and time management skills.
4. Excellent Excel skills.
5. A full driving licence.
6. Experience of using Fusion 20/20 software.
